A claim is started only from an unclaimed business card using its existing “Claim this listing” button. There is no generic claim form or general claim route. Simply find your business card in our directory and follow the link to begin.
After you submit
What happens next
Verification. A submitted claim starts the verification process; it is not ownership verification in itself.
Only verified ownership can unlock owner-approved updates to the free card.
Clear boundaries
What verification does not do
Verified ownership is not permission for AI, marketing, voice, SMS, booking, sales, checkout, payment, or subscription.
