DiagBizCard is a free public business card and directory listing service operated by Diagaxis. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Public Business Data

DiagBizCard compiles publicly available business information — such as business name, category, city, phone number, website, and description — to create free public cards. This information is displayed publicly on the site and is not personal data.

Information You Submit

When you use our forms, we collect the information you provide directly:

• Card request: Business name, city, website, your name, work email, relationship to the business, phone (optional), and notes (optional).
• Claim request: Your name, role, professional email, phone, and any corrections or notes.
• Correction or removal request: Your email, name (optional), relationship (optional), and details about the requested change.
• Newsletter capture: Your name (optional) and email, when you choose to subscribe on a business card.

Usage Analytics & Signals

When a QR code or action button on a business card is used, we record an anonymous signal (action type, source, and timestamp) to measure engagement with the card. This does not identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and process card creation, claim, correction, and removal requests.
• To verify business ownership when a claim is submitted.
• To contact you about your request, if needed.
• To measure and improve the service.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your submitted data for unsolicited marketing, AI training, voice, SMS, or automated outreach.

Data Retention

Submitted request data is retained only as long as needed to process the request and maintain a record of decisions. Public business card data remains visible until the business is removed or corrected.

Third-Party Services

DiagBizCard uses Supabase for data storage and processing. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Children's Privacy

DiagBizCard is intended for business owners and the general public. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
