DiagBizCard is a free public business card and directory listing service operated by Diagaxis. It compiles publicly available business information into simple, mobile-friendly cards. DiagBizCard is not a diagnostic tool, a paid hub, a subscription service, or an automatic marketing system.

DiagBizCard is provided free of charge. Publication of a business card does not create a paid plan, subscription, AI activation, marketing consent, voice/SMS, booking, or payment obligation. The free card remains available even if optional future services are declined.

DiagBizCard does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, reach, or any specific business result. The service provides a public listing; outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Card creation requests are reviewed before publication. Ambiguous, conflicting, suppressed, or incomplete requests are held for exception review. We do not guarantee timing or automatic approval. A submitted request does not verify ownership or start marketing messages.

A claim request starts a verification process. A submitted claim is not ownership verification. Only verified ownership may unlock owner-approved updates to the free card. Verification does not activate AI, marketing, voice, SMS, booking, sales, payment, or subscription.

We compile publicly available information and make efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that all displayed information is current or complete. Business owners and visitors may request corrections through the correction flow on the relevant card.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in a card, claim, or correction request.
• Attempt to claim a business you do not represent.
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or unauthorized data collection.
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the service or its data.

DiagBizCard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Diagaxis is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including inaccuracies in public business information displayed on cards.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DiagBizCard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
